Data submitted through the forms on this site is processed by SOFIT, the supplier of the SOFIT PAK network security appliance. You can reach us about any data processing question at the email address and phone number listed in the Contacts section.

Through the quote request form you provide: your name, organisation name, a phone number and an email address at your choice, and the text of your message. Every field except the name and one contact detail is optional.

Alongside the request, technical details are transmitted automatically: the address of the page the form was submitted from, the interface language, campaign tags from the address bar and the sender IP address. They are needed to understand where the request came from and to defend against automated submissions.

The only purpose of processing is to answer your request: preparing a quote, consulting and supporting the deal afterwards. We do not pass this data to third parties and do not use it for mailings you never subscribed to.

Form data is delivered to our internal working chat in the Telegram messenger and is available only to the employees handling enquiries. Requests are not stored in a database on the site server.

The site uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica. They collect anonymised visit data: pages, referral source, device and browser type, visit duration. This data cannot identify you personally.

You can disable collection with browser settings: by blocking cookies for this site or with extensions that block analytics scripts.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and support it afterwards, but no longer than three years from the last contact. At your request we will delete them earlier.

You can request information about what data of yours we hold, demand its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Simply write to our email address from the address stated in the request, or call us.

We may update this document. The date of the current revision is stated at the top of the page. Material changes take effect from the moment they are published here.
